Editing and how it is used to show representation of disability in the clip diary of a call-girl

Through out the clip from start to to the end a continuity editing is used all over the clip. In the scene where the character first meet each other the match on action transition is used to focus the audiences attention to who the girl was talking to, then that was followed by the shot reverse shot which was then used in the conversation between the call-girl and the disabled boy. This shows that the call-girl is trying to maintain eye contact with the disabled boy because she doesnt want him to think that she is uncomfortable with the fact that  he was disabled.

The eyeline match followed by th close up shot,of the woman looking up and down on from the boy to the father is used to construct an akward atmosphere in the room. This also shows representation of disability because the call-girl cannot make up her mind on who to look at, as she is trying to keep both the boy and his father from suspecting that she was unconfrotable with the fact the is disabled. This also focuses the audiences attention to the awkward atmosphere that circulated the room.

match on action is used in the scene where the father pick up his son from the wheel chair and onto the bed. This is used to highlight the disability of the boy, because . Also in that scene the footage doesn't run straight through it cut in 2 places, as the dad was about to pick up his son and after he pick up his son as well as when he takes him to the bed and when he lays him down on the bed. This show representation of disability because the editor is trying to show the audience that handling a disabled person you have to be gently and slow. The eye line match is used, when the boy was looking at the girl lock the door

A cross cut editing is used to show the scene when the father is in the car. The jump cut editing is combined with the cross cut editing to show how the father is feeling about the current event.

You are working at C-grade. More accurate use of terminology would improve your grade.

I will record your grade as C - but only if you post the analysis of sound today.
